I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Families & Children. Prior to my embarkment in the mental health field, I worked as a manager in the music industry for 8+ years, managing singer/songwriters and rock bands. Music has always been an ENORMOUS passion of mine, as I find music beyond therapeutic in everyday practice, healing and life.

My experience and interest includes working with individuals and couples suffering from depression, anxiety, infertility, Postpartum Depression (PPD), Postpartum Anxiety (PPA), self-esteem, and relationship issues, including all forms of Grief & Loss. While living in Los Angeles, I worked with middle and high school students at a non-public school for emotionally disturbed youth, addressing struggles around depression, anxiety, and family issues. I also worked as a Foster Care & Adoptions Social Worker, helping individuals/couples with the desire to foster and/or adopt, including conducting their training, home study, certification and matching with available children in the surrounding counties. I proudly volunteer at Comfort Zone Camp, a non-profit bereavement camp for kids 7-17 who lost a parent or sibling.

This is an opportunity for us to work TOGETHER  to discover who you are, and learn your potential. I want to help create a safe space where not only do you feel supported, but you achieve whatever goals we set for you.
